Questions

Do I need a credit card for the free trial?

No. Sign up, confirm your email and start using it. Pick monthly or yearly under Billing when you're ready.

What happens when the trial ends?

Subscribe under Billing to keep going. If you don't, your account turns read-only: you can still sign in and see everything, and you can subscribe at any time to make changes again.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. Every page works on a phone, and drivers can add GitTruckin to their home screen to use it like an app on iPhone and Android.

Which ELDs does it connect to?

Motive and BlueInk (BIT ELD). You connect your own account under Settings, and trucks show on the fleet map with hours of service and IFTA miles.

Can I bring my trucks and drivers from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Settings > Import and export takes a CSV file of trucks, trailers, equipment and people, shows you a preview, and exports them again any time.
